At Diamond Gadgets, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent and fair return, refund, and exchange policy to ensure you are confident when shopping with us.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.
• You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
• Used or damaged gadgets caused by user error
• Software or downloadable digital products
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, Paystack, Flutterwave, etc.).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective or damaged upon delivery
• Delivered incorrectly (wrong item, size, color, or model)

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request an exchange.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or wrong items.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining proof of return.
• Items must be returned to the designated Diamond Gadgets return address, which will be provided during your return request.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return process:

1. Email us at returns@diamondgadgets.ng with your:
   • Full Name
   • Order Number
   • Reason for return
   • Clear photos (if item is damaged/defective)
2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
• If the item has already been dispatched, you must wait to receive and return it following the normal procedure.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

1. First, check your bank account or payment app again.
2. Then contact your bank or payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at refunds@diamondgadgets.ng.
